• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years after closure, or longer if required by a regulatory authority.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account, plus one (1) year thereafter for audit purposes.

The 999aqq Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. 999aqq does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, void any transactions, and securely delete the data in question. If you believe a minor has registered on the 999aqq Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 12.

999aqq reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
