999aqq Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 999aqq ("999aqq," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 999aqq website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 999aqq Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999aqq Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use the 999aqq Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law setting the minimum age for casino-style gambling.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 999aqq, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 999aqq Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

999aqq reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 999aqq Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID.
• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Philippine mobile number.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999aqq login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 999aqq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 999aqq support immediately.

999aqq reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on the 999aqq Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 999aqq supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

Prohibited payment methods: 999aqq does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Key deposit and withdrawal conditions include:

• Minimum deposit: ₱50. Minimum withdrawal: as specified in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 999aqq account holder.
• 999aqq reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 999aqq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance and used in gameplay.

999aqq may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 999aqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the decision of 999aqq shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999aqq Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999aqq staff or other players.

All content on the 999aqq Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 999aqq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 999aqq.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 999aqq, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

999aqq does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999aqq makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

In no event shall 999aqq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999aqq account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999aqq strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source, less any amounts already wagered.

999aqq reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited at 999aqq's discretion. Upon termination for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 999aqq support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

999aqq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 999aqq Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 999aqq, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 999aqq support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

999aqq's decisions on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
